I wasn't made aware of the transfer fee and the only way to run it was going thru dvdnow website. So it sits in a room collecting dust. I have a drive thru and I have a small front room where I was going to have it rent out dvd's till I found out about the fee and connecting to dvdnow. We currently process credit cards on our POS so I don't think that will be a problem if I could find a way to reprogram the hard drive. I downloaded the software on the hard drive and it looks like Unix or something dvdnow has come up with.
